When we came across this book (pun 100% intended), we thought it was pulling our penis…ehh…we mean leg. However, after reading more about it, this cookbook by Paul ‘Fotie’ Photenhauer is genuine.
Described by the author as complex, dynamic and nutritious, semen can be used as an ingredient in the kitchen to create dishes with a unique twist.
We were also surprised to learn that semen is commonly available in many restaurants. Who is responsible for “producing” this ingredient? The sous chefs? The head chef? The owner? A customer who has just finished his dinner there?
